At Gate to Gate, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how our mobile application handles user data.

1. Data Collection & Usage

• Flight Queries: When you search for terminal navigation or live flight status, flight identifiers (e.g., AA1402) are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS requests to aviation API servers to retrieve flight times, gate assignments, and aircraft details.
• On-Device Preferences: Application preferences, policy acceptance flags, and recent searches are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not maintain user profile databases on remote servers.

2. Location Data

Gate to Gate operates entirely using passenger-selected starting gates, terminals, and airport hubs. The App does not track, collect, aggregate, or store your real-world GPS coordinates or geographical location history.

3. Third-Party Services

Gate to Gate integrates trusted third-party service providers to deliver core app features:

• FlightAware AeroAPI: Used to fetch live flight status, departure gates, and aircraft specifications over secure channels.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscription entitlements without collecting or storing payment credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play or Apple App Store.

4. Data Security

All networking communications between the Gate to Gate app and external service endpoints are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

5. Children's Privacy

Gate to Gate does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Because Gate to Gate does not store personal user accounts or identity records on external servers, you can clear all locally cached preferences at any time by clearing the application storage in your device's app settings or by uninstalling the application.
